Eastbourne and East Sussex Roofing Coverage
We are based in Eastbourne and have been working across East Sussex since 2003. Our coverage area spans from Seaford in the west to Bexhill in the east, and from the coast inland to Hailsham, Heathfield and the High Weald fringes. We cover all Eastbourne postcodes (BN20–BN24) and the BN25, BN26, BN27, TN39 and TN40 areas of the broader East Sussex coast.
Eastbourne Suburbs and Districts
Within Eastbourne, we cover every suburb and district: Meads and the Old Town conservation areas, Hampden Park and Willingdon's inter-war housing stock, Langney and Sovereign Harbour's post-war and modern development, and the rural fringe villages of Westham and Stone Cross on the edge of the Pevensey Levels.
Satellite Towns
We work regularly in Hailsham, Polegate, Seaford, Pevensey and Bexhill-on-Sea — each town with its own specific housing stock and roofing challenges. Seaford's exposure to Channel south-westerlies requires the most demanding coastal specification of any location in our coverage area. Bexhill's large Edwardian stock requires the same lime mortar and matched slate knowledge as Meads. Hailsham's inland frost-pocket position accelerates mortar failure more than the coastal areas.
Emergency Cover
Our 24/7 emergency cover extends across the full coverage area. We do not restrict emergency attendance to Eastbourne only. If you are in Seaford at 11pm with tiles off in a storm, call us. We will come.
