How We Work
Every job starts with a free survey. We attend, inspect thoroughly, and give you a written itemised quote before you commit to anything. We tell you honestly what needs doing now, what can wait, and when repair stops making sense and replacement is better value. We do not quote replacements on roofs that genuinely only need targeted repairs.
The team who survey your roof are the team who fix it. We do not subcontract work and we do not use sub-standard materials to reduce costs. Lead flashing is specified correctly for coastal conditions. Mortar is selected for the age of the brickwork. Tiles are matched properly. This is the standard we set in 2003 and it has not changed.
Our Guarantee
All roofing work carries our written 10-year workmanship guarantee, issued on completion of every job. For GRP fibreglass flat roofs, this is supplemented by the manufacturer's 25-year product guarantee. Our guarantees are transferable — they remain valid if your property changes hands during the guarantee period.

We are based in Eastbourne and cover approximately a 20-mile radius across East Sussex. This includes Hailsham, Polegate, Seaford, Pevensey, Bexhill-on-Sea, Newhaven, Peacehaven, Heathfield, Crowborough and all surrounding villages.
